A

building construction project engineer

plans, coordinates, and oversees projects from start to finish, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Project planning and management:

Develop project plans, prepare budgets, and manage the project schedule.

Technical oversight:

Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with regulations and codes.

Collaboration and communication:

Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders, and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Site supervision:

Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards are met.

Documentation:

Prepare and manage project documents, such as RFIs (Requests for Information) and submittals, and generate progress reports.

Budget and contract management:

Monitor project costs and administer contractor contracts.

Problem-solving:

Identify and resolve issues that could impact the project's schedule or budget.

Compliance and permits:

Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.

Required skills

Job requirements

5-10 years of experiences in

UAE

. Bachelor degree in civil engineering. Experience in construction sector (Building and towers).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED9,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
