Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Logistics Supervisor

to oversee and coordinate all logistics activities for our building construction projects. The successful candidate will manage the delivery, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment across our construction sites to ensure efficient, safe, and timely operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all material deliveries, site access, and equipment logistics to minimize downtime and disruption. Plan and manage site logistics in collaboration with project management and subcontractors. Ensure materials and equipment are delivered in accordance with project schedules and specifications. Supervise the receiving, inspection, and inventory of construction materials. Oversee storage areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and organization. Maintain detailed records of materials received, moved, and issued. Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for just-in-time delivery. Monitor and enforce safety and compliance protocols for on-site logistics. Manage waste disposal, recycling, and traffic management on construction sites. Supervise logistics staff including laborers, forklift operators, and drivers.

Qualifications:

With UAE Driving License

Proven experience

(3+ years) in logistics or site supervision within the building construction industry. Solid understanding of construction processes, material handling, and site safety standards. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and delivery schedules. Proficient in logistics software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Forklift certification and/or knowledge of heavy equipment handling (preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
