Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute acoustic and interior fit-out projects from start to finish.
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments for seamless execution.
Conduct routine site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Create and manage detailed project timelines, monitor milestones, and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
Identify and resolve technical issues by recommending efficient engineering solutions.
Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including daily reports, site logs, and correspondence.
Provide clear and timely project status updates to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or a related discipline).
3-5 years of relevant UAE experience, preferably in acoustic solutions or interior fit-out.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and acoustic engineering principles.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Professional demeanor with a confident and proactive attitude.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
