We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a valid UAE driving license and experience in acoustic solutions or interior fit-out projects. Exceptional communication skills and a strong personality are essential for coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and supervise acoustic and fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
Resolve technical issues on-site and propose efficient engineering solutions.
Maintain project documentation including reports, site logs, and correspondence.
Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the UAE, preferably in acoustic division or fit-out projects.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and acoustic engineering standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and confident personality.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
