Our client, a renowned pogram management company in Saudi Arabia is urgently looking to hire a

Project Director

for its prestigious project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking an accomplished

Project Director

with a proven track record in delivering large, complex development projects, specifically within

real estate

. The ideal candidate will bring

15+ years of project delivery experience

, encompassing both

Project Management Consultancy (PMC)

and

contracting

roles, ensuring a deep understanding of the full project lifecycle from inception to handover. This role demands exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive project performance to meet cost, quality, safety, and schedule objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 15 years of proven experience in delivering large, complex projects, with specific involvement in golf course and/or race course developments.

Background:

Demonstrated experience in both

PMC

and

contracting

roles, with a strong understanding of the commercial, technical, and operational aspects of each.

Skills:

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Proficiency in contract administration, claims, and dispute resolution. Solid understanding of environmental and sustainability considerations in large-scale developments.

Certifications:

PMP, RICS, CIOB, or equivalent professional accreditation preferred.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
