Coordinating with SIRA team, uploading drawings and necessary documents and complete coordination till the inspection pass. Capable of handling multiple projects, manage a team specialised in different trades. Responsible for meeting deadlines, controlling budget and maintaining project profitability. Up to date documentation, follow implementation methodology, quality delivery and ensure customer satisfaction. Liaise between internal departments, manage project inflow/ outflows, coordinating with accounts/ finance for invoicing and collections. Experience in designs and estimation Engineer who has experience in ELV & Telecom industry such as IT Networking, Structured cabling, Fiber optic solutions, Ethernet switching, CCTV, Access control, UPS, Fire and Gas, Emergency and Exit light Act as a subject matter expert,sound technical knowledge, people management, excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills. Co-ordinates all activities related to Document Management for ongoing Projects. \xc2\xb7 Receiving and sharing project-based documents submitted by vendors / contractors. \xc2\xb7 Coordinating with vendors / contractors for submission of project relevant documents. \xc2\xb7 File documents in physical and digital records and accurate retrieval of all engineering technical records, documentation, and communications.
