We are looking for Project Coordinator at-least 3-5 years\' experience in Interior Fit-out Company. We prefer candidates that can immediately join. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Strong technical knowledge of joinery materials, construction techniques, and industry best practices. Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant technical tools. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Coordinate technical aspects of joinery projects, ensuring alignment with design specifications, budgets, and timelines. Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and support to the joinery team, addressing design issues, material selection, and construction methods. 1)Understand all blueprints, Drawings, Details, of MEP, Civil, FF FA, Joinery works. 2)Site Team Arrangement, making there passes etc. 3)Supervising all subcontractor jobs, following the timeline and reporting. 4)Processing application of all Work Permits (Fire Life Safety, Hot
5) Work Permits, Major/Minor/General Work Permit) 6)Malls as well as Police Permit application for Night Work Permit. 7)Arrange, review, and raise Inspection requests as per Fit Out Progress. 8)Preparation of Sample Boards, Material Submittal, and Monitoring Logs for Client\'s Approval.
