We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various projects by facilitating communication, managing timelines, and coordinating resources across different departments.

• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
• Monitor project progress and report on performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings, and ensure follow-up on action items
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
• Manage project-related administrative tasks, including scheduling, expense tracking, and document control
• Facilitate effective communication between team members and external partners
• Identify and resolve issues and risks to ensure project goals are achieved
• Support the project closure process, including the collection and archiving of project documents
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices

Qualifications

• UAE National status is required for this position
• High School / Secondary School
• 0 - 2 years of experience
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana)
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
