Job Summary:

We are hiring a

Project Coordinator - Mechanical

to support mechanical fabrication and installation projects with a focus on

post order coordination

and

drawing works

. The ideal candidate should have

1-2 years of experience

, a good grasp of technical drawings, and excellent coordination skills. This is a full-time, on-site position based in

Abu Dhabi

, and we are looking for

immediate joiners

.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

post order coordination

activities between engineering, procurement, and site teams. Manage and track

shop drawings

, fabrication drawings, and technical submittals. Coordinate with design and drafting teams to ensure timely delivery of accurate drawings. Assist project engineers with documentation, RFI logs, and project schedules. Maintain drawing registers and ensure all updates are captured in project records. Communicate with vendors and internal departments for drawing approvals and revisions. Support the site team by providing technical drawings and documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma or bachelor's in mechanical engineering or a related field.

1-2 years of relevant experience

in mechanical project coordination or fabrication. Experience working with

AutoCAD

and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Strong understanding of

mechanical drawings

and fabrication processes. Excellent communication, multitasking, and coordination skills.

Must be available to join immediately.
