Job Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute mechanical works including
HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams for approvals and inspections.
Prepare technical submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.
Monitor project progress, cost control, and quality compliance.
Ensure alignment with
Abu Dhabi Civil Defense and ADDC
regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5-8 years of UAE experience in MEP contracting, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
Proficiency in HVAC and firefighting systems and local authority procedures.
Strong communication and project coordination skills.
