Coordinate production schedules, manage resources, and track project timelines to ensure timely completion.
Communication:
Serve as a central point of contact, facilitating communication between project managers, various departments (e.g., cast, crew, suppliers), and stakeholders.
Documentation:
Prepare and organize project-related paperwork, including budgets, schedules, status reports, meeting minutes, and contracts.
Production Operations Follow-up:
follow up project related team at production teams, and keep updated with the daily production progress.
Problem-Solving:
Evaluate potential issues and technical hitches, developing solutions to keep projects on track and prevent delays.
Progress Monitoring:
Track the progress of current projects and create status reports for the project manager and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical Engineering
or related discipline.
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
in project coordination within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Knowledge of mechanical parts manufacturing processes and technical drawings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
