Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day project activities for interior fit-out projects
Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress
Prepare and maintain project documentation, drawings, schedules, and reports
Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
Track material submissions, approvals, and deliveries
Monitor timelines and follow up to ensure milestones are achieved
Arrange meetings, prepare minutes of meetings (MOM), and follow up on action points
Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements
Support handover documentation and project close-out activities
Perform any other duties assigned by management
Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum
2 years
experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in
interior fit-out projects
Availability:
Immediate joiner preferred
Education:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field
Skills:
Strong coordination and communication skills
Good knowledge of interior fit-out processes and project workflows
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong documentation and follow-up skills
