Our client, an innovative conceptual architectural firm based in Dubai that works on a variety of typologies on a global basis is currently looking to grow their team this year. Due to the large number of projects they have taken on. In turn, they are looking for individuals to join their team who are passionate about the industry and wish to grow their careers.

Currently, they are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team. The ideal individual will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring all aspects of the project are on track, and communicating with stakeholders to keep them updated on project progress. If you are detail-oriented, have a willingness to learn and have experience working on a good scale of projects then this is the position for you!

Project Coordinator responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are completed on time
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, and schedules
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure resources are available and allocated appropriately
  • Assist in budget management and financial tracking of the project
To be considered for the role of Project Coordinator you must have the following:
  • A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience within the GCC would be ideal but isn\'t essential to be considered for this position
  • A minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Coordinator
  • Experience working on a good scale of projects in a variety of typologies / disciplinaries
  • A willingness to grow your career and learn from those around you
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking
