Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Operations Coordinator to provide the necessary support to ensure the smooth daily operations of business. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by performing administrative duties, assisting with project management, and providing feedback, documentation, and information. Roles & Responsibilities - Assisting with the management & Office Team of daily operational activities - 2+ years of experience as a Design Engineer or Pre-sales Engineer in the Audio-Visual industry. - Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, making calls to vendors, managing calendars, scheduling site visits, Petty cash coordination, payment follow up, etc - Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information - Maintaining an up-to-date program schedule/Plan & assisting with the allocation of project resources. - Ensure the project delivers as per the agreed schedule, while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction. - Update client on project progress & act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all the in-house team members. Eligibility Requirements - Bachelor's Degree - Minimum of three years of Operations coordination experience - Prior experience working in an AV, ELV and ICT systems integration company. - Good computer skills (MS Office) - Proficiency in English - Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - A team player with high level of dedication - Must be currently in UAE. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
