About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing bridges and structures maintenance projects, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to safety standards.

Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets for bridge and structure maintenance projects Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and government officials Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety protocols Organize and facilitate project meetings, documenting and distributing minutes Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and technical specifications Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment for maintenance projects Collaborate with the engineering team to address technical issues and implement solutions Conduct site visits to assess project progress and identify potential risks or challenges Support the development of project proposals and cost estimates

What do we need from you

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in civil engineering or construction Proven experience with bridges or structures maintenance projects Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling tools Strong knowledge of bridge and structure maintenance techniques Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the UAE Understanding of safety protocols in construction and maintenance projects Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred * Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
