Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

• As a Project Architect, you will report directly to the Design Manager, taking responsibility for implementing project plans and ensuring all items of project deliverables are delivered on time and to the recognised standard. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering technically demanding projects, across multiple sectors.
• Preparation of permit drawings and others packages to CD, RTA etc ...
• Assists the Design Manager with all aspects of design development.
• Responsibility for the design development of projects from concept to completion.
• Responsibility for all technical detailing of projects.
• Coordination with all trades, Structural, MEP, Infrastructure, Landscape, Interior and all others Engineers and designers.
• Coordination with all sub-Consultants, Specialists, Suppliers etc ...
• Review of all drawing packages prior to issue to others Departments or to tenderers.
• Ensure Project Architects meet agreed deadlines for drawings & documentation submissions.
• Attending meeting with local authorities' engineers when required and expediently processing submissions any problems must be alerted to Senior Management.
• Reply to all inquiries raised from sites and others parties.

Applicant requirements:

• Minimum 7 years UAE experience in a recognised reputation Architectural consultancy firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Experience in Architectural Design Developments for Hotels, Resorts, Truistic complex, VIP Luxury Villas & Farmhouses.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, CAD & others basic MS office software required for communication, planning/scheduling and presentation.
• Excellent knowledge of all local authorities, all codes and standards, compliance and approval requirements.
• Ability to develop Architectural Concept Design to final IFC drawings and tender documentations.
• Very good ability to provide Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) System Procedures.
• Very good knowledge in Architectural Specification & finishes Materials review and approval.
• Very good knowledge in Value Engineering to meet the project Budget.
• Certification and professional affiliations
• Excellent English language skills communication.
