We are Interior design company based on Abu Dhabi, in seeking for a Project Architect / Interior design - FF&E who can do the following: Responsible to follow up the project from Design Stage till the Tender Document and Tender Contract Stage. Make coordination between all Discipline (Architectural, Structural, and MEP) To plan and monitor project schedules and project deliverable in accordance with project Contracts. Planning time & resources, scheduling the activities, updating actual progress, analyzing variance, forecasting weekly & monthly resource requirements etc. Monitoring/discussing project status; reviewing during the course of project review meetings. Contract(s) Administration and implementation of various versions of FIDIC Conditions of Contracts. Attends meetings, writes MOM, resolves design or construction problems, meets with contractors, sub-consultants, clients and relevant officials as to when required. Ensure that projects are built in accordance with agreed plans, standards and within budget. Reviews specifications of design & construction contracts. Have in-depth knowledge of materials, such as fabric, wall coverings, paints, floor covering, sanitary ware, ironmongery as well as accessories, furniture, art, white goods, and other essential equipment and be capable of managing and maintaining an ID Library. Preparing room data sheets in conjunction with the appointed consultant; producing installation lists; producing and managing purchase support documents; managing the production of FF&E specification control book for all areas of the projects within the scope of work. Producing detailed mood boards and the management, selection & production of beautifully presented, full FF&E presentation boards and finishes for the client. knowledge of local and international suppliers, designers. At least 3 years of working experience in UAE in the same field. Preferably someone who can read and write Arabic language.
