Our Client is looking for a Senior Architect to join their award-winning Dubai office. Our Client is a regional Architectural firm, working on many prestigious projects across the MENA region. The Senior Architect will be expected to attend client meetings as well as going thropugh design stages and delivering the project at hand. The role will include design, site supervision and project management. The projects are multiple Hospitality developments which requires a strong technical understanding and appreciation for the regional aesthetic. Not only this, the Project Architect is expected to have contract experience in Residential and Hotel High Rise projects. Requirements
  • Degree in Architecture from a recognised international university.
  • 10+ Years of experience in Architecture.
  • UAE Based preferred
  • Extensive experience in delivering Hospitality and Residential Highrise projects.
  • Proficient in Revit, Grasshopper, Rhino, AutoCAD, 3D, MS Office Application and other Software.
  • Strong communicator and personality.
  • Attend site meetings with clients, contractors and suppliers.
  • Design/concept experience is advantageous
