About the Role:

Our client, a leading construction and engineering company in the UAE, is looking for an experienced

Project Manager

with a strong background in

piling and deep foundation works

. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of managing piling projects in the region and will be responsible for overseeing project execution from planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and budgetary compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end delivery of

piling and foundation projects

across the UAE. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets. Ensure that all piling works are executed in accordance with technical specifications, safety standards, and local regulations. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants on project matters. Prepare project documentation including progress reports, risk assessments, and cost forecasts. Lead site meetings and ensure alignment between all stakeholders. Resolve technical and logistical issues proactively to avoid project delays.

Requirements:

Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience in

piling or geotechnical construction

. Previous experience in the

UAE or GCC

construction industry is

strongly preferred

. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. In-depth knowledge of various piling techniques (e.g., driven piles, bored piles, CFA, etc.). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Familiar with UAE construction standards, safety protocols, and local authority approvals. Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management software
