Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager with proven expertise in managing large-scale civil and infrastructure projects within the oil & gas sector, specifically with ADNOC. The successful candidate will oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all civil construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality controls.
Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and monitor construction schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Review and approve construction plans, drawings, and work procedures.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC and other regulatory standards and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Manage site safety programs, enforce safety protocols, and lead safety meetings.
Prepare progress reports, document project milestones, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure timely procurement and proper utilization of materials and equipment.
Collaborate with the project team to resolve technical and logistical challenges.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience working with ADNOC or similar organizations.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and quality assurance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Knowledge of relevant local and international building codes and safety regulations.
