We are currently seeking a
Store Manager
with proven experience in
formwork materials
to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling inventory, supervising store operations, and ensuring all formwork equipment and materials are properly tracked, maintained, and dispatched.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and material management
Receive, inspect, and store all incoming formwork materials and equipment
Maintain accurate inventory records (ERP or manual logs)
Issue materials to site teams based on requests and project schedules
Monitor material stock levels and prepare procurement requests
Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and logistics teams
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and orderliness in the storage area
Supervise store assistants and labor staff
? Requirements:
10 years of experience as a
Storekeeper/Store Manager
in
formwork
,
scaffolding
, or
construction
Strong knowledge of
formwork systems and materials
Proficient in
stock control software
(ERP knowledge is a plus)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to
work under pressure
and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Logistics
,
Supply Chain
, or a relevant field (preferred)
