We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive program execution, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Execution:
Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed program plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Stakeholder Management:
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment, and support throughout the program lifecycle.
Risk & Issue Management:
Identify potential risks and issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution to keep programs on track.
Budget & Resource Management:
Monitor program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure optimal use of resources.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Establish KPIs and success metrics. Provide regular updates to leadership on program status, milestones, and outcomes.
Team Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and ensure accountability across all program participants.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in [industry]
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana)
Preferred Skills:
Experience managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary programs
Ability to influence and drive change across organizational boundaries
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Familiarity with budgeting and financial forecasting
