About Our Client
A very successful, leading organisation in Dubai, looking to hire a Program Manager to lead a large scale, multi year ERP transformation.- Lead strategic planning and scope definition for ERP transformation.
- Establish effective governance and communication structures.
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Monitor performance metrics, implement improvements as needed.
- Execute change management strategies, drive stakeholder buy-in.
- Collaborate with vendors if applicable, ensuring adherence to goals.
The Successful Applicant
- The candidate should have played a key part in at least 2 full cycle end to end large scale Oracle OR SAP Cloud ERP implementations with integrations with functions such as Retail, Corporate Finance.
- Preference for candidates who have been a part of an ERP transformation in the Retail industry / Finance end to end ERP transformation.
- Executive presence and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
- Strong experience with steering committee presentations, governance, and CxO presence.
- The candidate should be results driven with a strong sense of ownership and a track record of program management, with alignment in business and IT.
- Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- No preference for current location - local / regional and global based candidates are welcome.
- Must be a graduate from a recognised university.
