Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group sessions in
Aerostretching
,
Pilates (Mat & Reformer)
, and related modalities.
Design and deliver
customized fitness programs
tailored to each client's goals, abilities, and needs.
Guide clients through
Combo and Split sessions
, ensuring proper form, safety, and progressive improvement.
Lead
Full Body and Upper Body Stretching
sessions to enhance flexibility, mobility, and overall strength.
Provide continuous
motivation, education, and professional guidance
to help clients achieve measurable results.
Maintain a
positive, professional, and client-focused environment
at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
professional trainer or instructor
in the above disciplines.
Certification in Pilates (Mat & Reformer)
required; additional certifications in
Aerostretching or flexibility training
are an advantage.
Strong understanding of
anatomy, biomechanics, and movement principles
.
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and motivational
skills.
