. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, movement, and client well-being, delivering dynamic and personalized training sessions that inspire and empower clients of all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group sessions in
Aerostretching, Pilates (Mat & Reformer)
, and related modalities.
Design and deliver customized programs that suit each client's fitness level and goals.
Guide clients through
Combo and Split sessions
, ensuring correct form, safety, and progression.
Lead
Full Body and Upper Body Stretching
sessions that enhance flexibility, mobility, and strength.
Provide motivation, education, and continuous support to help clients achieve measurable results.
Maintain a professional, positive, and client-focused environment at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience as a professional trainer or instructor in the above disciplines.
Certification in
Pilates (Mat & Reformer)
; additional certifications in Aerostretching or flexibility training are a plus.
Strong technical knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
Ability to adapt training styles to suit various fitness levels and client needs.
