Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and Professional Secretary (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide top-tier administrative support to senior executives, ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Manage executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements. Draft, review, and maintain correspondence and reports. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders. Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion. Organize and maintain files, records, and databases. Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High degree of professionalism and integrity.
