Job Overview:
We are looking for a professional Secretary fluent in Arabic and English to manage administrative tasks and support the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of organization, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Manage office correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
Translate documents and conversations as needed
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materials
Maintain filing systems and office records
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
Provide administrative support to management and other departments
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High level of discretion and professionalism
Preferred:
Experience in a professional services or corporate office environment
Familiarity with UAE administrative protocols
