Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and client communications
Draft, edit, and organize documents as required
Support business development and client relations
Maintain filing systems and records accurately
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Assist with general HR and office logistics as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Content creation skills (preferred)
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
