About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Production Supervisor

with experience in

HVAC accessories manufacturing

to lead our production operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and drive productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities for HVAC accessories such as dampers, diffusers, ducts, etc. Monitor and manage manpower, materials, and machinery to meet production targets. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth operations. Train and guide production staff to improve skills and performance. Maintain production records and reports. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow. Enforce health and safety regulations on the shop floor.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC accessories production, with 2+ years in a supervisory role. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control. Leadership and team management skills. Good communication and organizational abilities. Knowledge of lean manufacturing is an advantage. Visit or cancel visa holders preferred
