to oversee and manage daily operations in our HVAC manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, team management, and process optimization within an HVAC or mechanical manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the production floor and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Coordinate with the design, procurement, and quality assurance teams.
Ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
Troubleshoot equipment or workflow issues in collaboration with maintenance teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a production role within HVAC or allied manufacturing sectors.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
Familiarity with HVAC systems, ducting, and fabrication processes.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
