Production Planning Coordinator

Job Description
We are looking for a Production Planning Coordinator for our Dubai office.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputable Garment Manufacturing & Export unit as a central planner.
Preference with IE background and central planning experience.
Minimum Bachelor's degree, Good in English communication skills and computer savvy.
The job duties are here under:
Responsible for macro level capacity planning Allocating style orders to the factories on receipt of confirmation from merchandising Regular follow ups with merchandising on materials arrivals as committed Prepare and maintain master order chartShould know preparing micro level production and shipment plans Review the line plan received from factories Ensure the deliveries are planned on time Regular follow ups with factories on production and deliveries planned Bi-weekly capacity review and generating reports Prepare weekly production reports and share with factories to maintain as per plan Review the pre-production activities of factories and ensure it gets processed on time Maintain cut to ship report Weekly logistics meeting and alert if any materials arrivals are delaying Prepare monthly reports on PCDs and capacity
