Job Description

Job Summary:
The Planning Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning and scheduling of operations, projects, or supply chain activities. They ensure efficient resource allocation, monitor timelines, and coordinate between departments to meet organizational goals. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning & Scheduling:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining production, project, or supply chain schedules.
  • Monitor progress against plans and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Coordinate with different departments (procurement, logistics, production, sales) to ensure alignment.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Collect and analyze data related to inventory, demand forecasts, and resource utilization.
  • Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), delays, and efficiency metrics.
  • Recommend improvements to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
3. Coordination & Communication:
  • Serve as a liaison between teams (operations, procurement, logistics, sales) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Communicate schedule changes, delays, or issues to stakeholders.
  • Attend planning meetings and provide updates on progress.
