Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Production Planning Coordinator to join our team at our on-site location in Al Qusais, Dubai.
The Production Planning Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and planning production activities, ensuring that production schedules are met, and liaising with multiple departments to ensure timely and efficient production of orders.
This role will include, but is not limited to:
Recording & Bookkeeping of all Actual Processes at the Factory regarding Output of Machineries & Sections.
Following up with each Section in updating the actual production planning tracker.
Assisting the Foreman in preparing the Production Planning Programs.
Qualifications:

Must have an Engineering/University Degree.Must have prior experience in production planning and scheduling, machineries, and processes in a Contracting Joinery Environment. Proficient in MS Office (Excel) with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with multiple departments and suppliers. Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
