We are looking for production planner who has an experience in packing industry.

Ensure all POs are acknowledged timely, and terms and conditions are verified against contract/agreement or company policy.
Customer to be responded with Cargo Ready Date within 24 hours of receiving PO and agree a clear cut trigger for commencement of production e.g. advance payment received in MPB bank account, 30% down payment received etc
Establish monthly production plan based on available PO and stock production requirement approved by Management. Submit report on 1st working day of every month.
Establish machine run rates based on product categories with production manager to ensure accurate calculations of Cargo Ready Dates. Verify each CRD with production manager and inform customer after endorsement of the same by production manager.
Track daily output and transfer data by weekly issuing critical trackers and ensuring it is received every morning before 10am.
Submit container booking request to shipping team once CRD date is ascertained in liaison with production team.
Check all items properly placed in BOM for each order.
Fortnightly review stock level and consumption pattern of process consumables and submit purchase requisition to purchase team considering agreed lead times.
