A leading signage manufacturing company in Sharjah is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Production Manager
to lead its production operations. The candidate must possess strong technical expertise in signage fabrication, materials, and installation processes, along with proven experience in managing production teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end production of all types of signage: indoor, outdoor, digital, 3D, acrylic, metal, flex, and wayfinding signage.
Supervise production teams, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery of projects.
Coordinate with design, sales, and installation departments for accurate project execution.
Implement strict quality control measures, finishing standards, and compliance with safety guidelines.
Monitor material stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely supply.
Manage production planning, scheduling, and workforce allocation to meet deadlines.
Ensure proper functioning, servicing, and upkeep of machines and equipment.
Troubleshoot production challenges and resolve technical issues effectively.
Mentor and train production staff to improve efficiency and skill levels.
Maintain production reports and regularly update management on progress.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
8-10 years of experience
in signage production and fabrication.
Strong knowledge of materials (ACP, acrylic, vinyl, flex, LEDs, steel, etc.) and modern production methods.
Hands-on expertise with CNC, laser cutting, digital printing, welding, and assembly processes.
Proven ability to lead and manage production teams.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical and shop drawings.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with health & safety regulations in industrial environments.
Education:
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
