company in Sharjah is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Production Manager

to oversee daily operations of the production unit. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of signage fabrication, materials, and installation processes, along with proven experience in managing production teams and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end production of all signage types: indoor, outdoor, digital, 3D, acrylic, metal, flex, and wayfinding signage Supervise production staff, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of projects Coordinate with design, sales, and installation teams for accurate project execution Ensure quality control, finishing standards, and compliance with safety protocols Monitor material inventory and coordinate with procurement for timely supplies Handle production planning, scheduling, and work allocation as per project deadlines Maintain machinery and equipment; ensure regular servicing and functionality Troubleshoot production challenges and resolve technical issues Train and mentor team members to improve efficiency and craftsmanship Maintain detailed production reports and update management on project status

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum

8 to 10 years

of experience in

signage production or fabrication

Strong knowledge of materials (ACP, acrylic, vinyl, flex, LEDs, steel, etc.) and production techniques Hands-on experience with CNC, laser cutting, printing machines, welding, and assembly Proven leadership and team management abilities Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings Excellent organizational and time management skills Working knowledge of health & safety regulations in industrial environments Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a relevant field
