company in Sharjah is looking for an experienced and strategic
Procurement Manager
to oversee all purchasing and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in sourcing signage materials, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing procurement processes to support timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project and company goals
Source and negotiate with suppliers for signage materials (ACP, acrylic, vinyl, LEDs, steel, printing supplies, etc.)
Establish and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and contractors
Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and stock levels to avoid material shortages
Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and timely delivery
Work closely with design, production, and project teams to forecast material requirements
Evaluate vendor performance and enforce quality control standards
Handle import documentation, customs clearance, and logistics where required
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and UAE regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports for management
Candidate Requirements:
8 to 10 years of proven experience in
procurement within the signage or advertising industry
Strong understanding of signage materials, suppliers, and fabrication requirements
Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
Experience with ERP systems and procurement software is an advantage
Strong organizational and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
