Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee our sandwich panel manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for managing personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production, while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and supervise daily and weekly production activities to achieve output targets. Control production costs and enhance operational efficiency. Manage workforce scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Oversee machinery maintenance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Implement quality control processes and resolve production-related issues promptly. Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and logistics departments to ensure seamless operations. Generate regular reports and lead initiatives for continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred). Demonstrated experience in production management, ideally in sandwich panel manufacturing or construction materials. Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
