Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Production Manager
to lead and oversee the sandwich panel manufacturing process. The role involves managing manpower, machinery, and materials to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production while maintaining safety and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise daily/weekly production to meet targets. Control production costs and optimize efficiency. Manage workforce scheduling, training, and performance. Ensure machinery maintenance, safety, and quality compliance. Implement quality control and resolve production issues. Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and logistics. Prepare reports and drive process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Manufacturing (preferred). Proven experience in production management, ideally in sandwich panels or construction materials. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in production software and MS Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
