Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Sales Manager

to join our Sharjah-based AC trading company. The ideal candidate will have a

proven track record in sales within the Air Conditioning and Sandwich Panel industry

, with deep market knowledge and strong client relationships across the UAE. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a passion for achieving targets, and the ability to foster relationships with clients.

Duties

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and meet sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that support sales initiatives. Conduct training sessions for new hires on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.

Requirements

Proven UAE experience in a sales management role or similar position. Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong market knowledge and established client base in the UAE. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of Hindi
