Job Overview
We are Exhibition & Interior company, seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager with Btech Civil qualification. This role requires a strong understanding of operations management and the ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient operations. Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize productivity and reduce waste. Oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards of product output. Coordinate with Supervisors to ensure the availability of materials and resources. Develop and execute production plans in alignment with organizational goals. Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems for effective inventory management. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Requirements
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
