Job Description

WITH RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN TOWER, OR HIGH RISE

ATLEAST 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

APPLICANT MUST BE AVAILABLE IN UAE

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling

: Create master project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and detailed schedules (Gantt charts, time cycles).

Resource Management

: Plan and allocate labor, materials, and equipment based on the project schedule.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

: Track actual progress versus planned progress, identify deviations, and report to management and clients.

Budget & Cost Control

: Monitor project costs, forecast expenses, and manage change orders to stay within budget.

Stakeholder Coordination

: Act as a liaison between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Risk & Compliance

: Identify potential delays, develop recovery plans, and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

Documentation

: Prepare method statements, progress reports, and other project-related documents for approvals.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Education

: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Experience

: Significant experience in planning and scheduling large construction projects.

Software

: Proficiency in planning software (MS Project, Primavera).

Skills

: Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
