Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out as per project plans and specifications.
Review drawings and technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure all site works adhere to safety standards and company quality requirements.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
Assist in material inspections and ensure proper use of approved materials.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
3-5 years of relevant experience in the UAE or GCC.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) practices.
