Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Production / Installation Engineer

to manage the fabrication, assembly, and installation of signage and outdoor media products. The ideal candidate will ensure production processes run efficiently, installations meet the highest quality standards, and projects are delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Fabrication

Supervise signage production including cutting, welding, digital printing, and fabrication. Ensure accurate assembly and finishing of signage in line with design specifications. Conduct quality checks to meet industry standards and client expectations.

Installation & Site Coordination

Oversee on-site signage installations ensuring proper fitting, durability, and structural integrity. Coordinate with clients, project managers, and technicians to ensure smooth execution. Enforce compliance with safety standards and installation best practices.

Material & Equipment Management

Monitor material usage and inventory levels to avoid shortages or delays. Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of tools, machinery, and installation equipment. Liaise with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials.

Troubleshooting & Process Improvement

Identify and resolve production or installation issues promptly. Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency. Develop cost-effective solutions for better resource utilization.

Key Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in production and installation within the signage and outdoor media industry (required).

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of signage manufacturing, printing, and installation methods. Proficiency in AutoCAD, CNC operations, and fabrication-related software. Solid understanding of safety protocols, load-bearing capacities, and material properties.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication, teamwork, and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
