Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production / Installation Engineer to oversee the fabrication, assembly, and installation of signage and outdoor media products. The ideal candidate will ensure that production processes run smoothly, installations meet quality standards, and projects are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Fabrication:

Oversee signage production, cutting, welding, digital printing, and fabrication. Ensure accurate assembly and finishing of signage as per design specifications. Conduct quality checks to meet industry standards and client expectations.

Installation & Site Coordination:

Supervise on-site signage installation to ensure proper fitting and durability. Coordinate with clients, project managers, and technicians for smooth execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and structural integrity.

Material & Equipment Management:

Monitor material usage and inventory levels to prevent shortages. Ensure proper maintenance of tools, machinery, and installation equipment. Work with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials.

Troubleshooting & Process Improvement:

Identify and resolve production and installation issues. Optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency. Implement cost-effective solutions for better resource utilization.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in production and installation within the signage and outdoor media industry. (Required)

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of signage manufacturing, printing, and installation techniques. Proficiency in AutoCAD, CNC operation, and fabrication software. Understanding of safety protocols, load-bearing capacities, and material properties.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent teamwork and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
