Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all production activities and operations.
Ensure timely execution of production schedules and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Monitor the production process and adjust schedules as needed.
Maintain optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Enforce safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
Identify and resolve any production-related issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate production reports and documentation.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operations.
Train and guide production staff to enhance productivity and skills.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor/Incharge in a manufacturing setup.
Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and process optimization.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic production management software.
