Attend all
client meetings
to gather and understand specific requirements, measurements, and delivery timelines.
Prepare and submit
quotations, proposals, and uniform samples
for client approval.
Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure
materials, stitching, and finishing
meet specifications.
Monitor
production schedules
to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and generate
new leads through referrals
and networking.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, production status, and deliveries using
KPI software
.
Ensure compliance with
quality control standards
at every stage of production.
Provide regular
reports to management
on production progress, client updates, and potential issues.
Resolve client complaints effectively and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsible for
cost control, wastage reduction, and efficiency improvement
in production.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years' experience in
uniform manufacturing / garments industry
.
Strong knowledge of
production workflow and materials
used in uniforms.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in
KPI software
(or similar ERP systems).
Valid UAE Driving License
(mandatory) to visit clients and production sites.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
