We are looking for a skilled and motivated Foreman to lead our workshop team in vehicle modification and conversion projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide workshop staff in fabrication, assembly, and fitting tasks
Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate execution
Monitor progress, maintain quality standards, and troubleshoot issues
Manage tools, materials, and equipment availability
Provide updates to the Ground Supervisor or Project Manager
Maintain safety and discipline on the shop floor
Requirements:
1-3 years' experience as a foreman or team lead (skilled candidates with less experience may apply)
Skills
Strong knowledge of vehicle modification, fabrication, or sheet metal work
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Leadership and team management skills
Practical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
