Full control over the production activities of the enterprise, as well as management of subordinate structures in the enterprise. Control of the work of the managers of the factory
Creation of all conditions for high-quality, timely and continuous production operations
Active participation in the development, including business plans, production optimization projects, and the company's strategic roadmap
Ensuring the technical preparation of production for work, a constant increase in output, as well as increasing efficiency by improving quality and reducing production costs. Providing production with equipment, as well as monitoring the quality of equipment, durability of inventory and tools at the enterprise
Management of developments in the field of reconstruction and/or modernization of enterprise equipment, methods of organizing production and work of individual employees, as well as the implementation of complex programs to rationalize production potential and increase it
Introduction of new types of machinery and raw materials (fabrics, processing) into the production process, as well as the latest technologies, taking into account the requirements and budget of the enterprise
Tracking the market, offering and developing new assortment items, quality control of products, searching for ways to improve and expand the assortment, as well as new ways to create products in demand on the market
Lead the implementation of automation in production lines, as well as technological processes of design, production and operation, testing and verification of the results of new equipment
Development of regulatory legal acts of the enterprise related to the norms of labor intensity and projected costs, norms for the use of consumables
Active study of production activities to identify potential production capacities, reserve capacities, as well as to eliminate production costs
Participation in the development and independent development of production and technological documentation
Training and encouragement of the personnel of the enterprise in order to improve their qualifications
Distribution of the production task between individual divisions of the enterprise, as well as control over the fulfillment of these tasks by divisions within the approved deadlines
To implement the most effective production management methods obtained during the study of the experience of foreign and domestic companies
Consideration of proposals from subordinates concerning the improvement of production, as well as the elimination of production deficiencies, summarizing them and submitting them for approval and consideration to management
Providing the management with the necessary consultations related to the production activities of the enterprise
Advising subordinates to improve their productivity, as well as to ensure that they perform their duties in a timely and high-quality manner
Control over the orders, logistics of the samples and the bulk of collections, made at other optional production facilities. Organization of QC inline and final QC of ready garments

Requirements
Profiled education.
Work experience in manufacturing companies for at least 3 years (middle segment and above) in a similar position.
Fluent English.
Dubai residence and visa are required.
