Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
• Develop and implement production strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Collaborate with other departments, including supply chain, quality assurance, and R&D, to optimize production processes.
• Develop and manage the production budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production management principles, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in production management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
